Greetings Dll, << I do not understand why you wish to exclude anyone from the Kingdom of God >>. I never stated such a thing, in fact just the opposite. The Door to the Kingdom of God has been open to ALL peoples of the earth since Calvary. The Door is the Lord Jesus Christ, absolutely no other way. << I think you make an error confusing the effects of sin and rebellion with God turning His back on His people >>. God Has never turned His back on His people, Up to Calvary, Israel were the chosen people of God. Through them the chosen One, foretold by all the prophets, came and offered Himself as a sin offering for ALL mankind. This was the fullfillment of the promise made to Abraham in Genesis 12:3 and fullfilled by Jesus Christ. From Calvary forward the people of God are ALL nations and peoples ( Jew and Gentile ) who believe that Jesus is the Christ. Many Jews have come to recognize Jesus is the Christ, even as I write many more throughout the world are coming to this truth. Scriptures clearly tell us that God through His Son , the Lord Jesus Christ has broken down the wall of division that existed between Jew and Gentile under the Old Covenant has has made one " NEW " people from the two, and that is the " Christian Church, the Body of Christ, the Israel of God, the Bride of Christ. This is the only people that Almighty God recognizes that now belong to Him, that is His own. All peoples who believe in their heart that Jesus is the Messiah become part of this eternal Body. << You tread on dangerous ground attempting to decide how good a nation or person needs to be >>. I never stated such a thing. There is nothing good in any of us ( spirit, soul , body ) when we are born into this world. As believers in Christ, are spirits have now become the temple of the living God, by receiving the life of God, that is Eternal Life. We have been saved solely by the grace of God alone. Whoever rejects that God has come in the flesh in the person of Jesus Christ to redeem mankind as foretold by the scriptures is by biblical definition anti-christ. England, and other nations have forsaken greatly their Judeo-Christian heritage, as witnessed by the slaughter of millions of unborn chilren , murders, rapes, violence with-in families. judgement must surely follow, and will according to scriptures.
