JimB's irresponsible statements, naturally. You're right: I know nothing of ICVI, good or bad. But I really don't like hype, and this was a particularly outrageous example. If made up out of whole cloth, as I suspect it was, by whoever posted this nonsense at AOL. It should never have been posted publicly in the first place, and should not have been repeated by Jim.

If the story is in fact true, yes, this is a violation of SEC regulations concerning insider information.
