Here's the best report on the net regarding microcap stock fraud. I don't think anyone's ever linked to it before here on SI, but everyone should read it in its entirety. You know, when I started here on SI a year and a half ago, I thought shorters were crazy considering the best you can do is double your money. Now I'm pretty certain if I ever had the inclination to start trading again I'd be doing so from the short side. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't it seem like 8 out of 10 microcap stocks that surge suddenly on news come right back down? If you read the Hot Subjects lists on SI you pretty well know which ones to have on radar ;^). oag.state.ny.us - Jeff
