HI PAUL, great first name<grin.>,,,
of couse they will not put the shares on the market to sell.
in the real world, they hired a brokage, merger, dealer wheeler to find a buyer for all the shares.
someone who wants the control of the bagel operation..
how much is it worth? don't go by the stock price, you go by the value of the operation..
now how much would they get for 52% of this deal? i have no idea, but anything above zero, is cah to bost.
remember, if it is 50, or 60, 0r 80 million dollars..to bost it is real money and can be used to help the company.
who would be the buyer? i have no idea..
as to bost real estate.. who buys it..again, real estate buyers.like insuramce companies, reits, etc.
bost has about 100 million laying out there to be plucked for them..<grin>
NOW REMEMBER, I AM NOT DEFENDING BOST.I BELIEVE THEY MADE SERIOUS MISTAKES.
I MERELY POST FOR CONVERSATION AND IDEAS ABOUT COMPANIES I AM INTERESTED IN..
I AM NOT RECOMMMENDING BUYING, SELLING ,HOLDING, ANYTHING OTHER THAN CONVERSATION..
I JUST FIND IT INTERESTING SITUATION AT BOST..LOTS OF CASH FLOW, CASH BUSINESS, NO OVERHEAD, JSUT BIG TIME BOND DEBT,
