Reply To Phoenix Media Questions

1. Is Phoenix Media Group leveraged? NO!

2. What is their cash flow? Per 1997 audited statements <$200K>

3. What other stations do they own? None yet. However they do own their office premises and broadcast studio in Burbank CA.

4. Is the Seward station any good? This is extremely subjective and phrased in a highly argumentative style. The current format is
nationally syndicated talk radio. They will soon transition into mostly "Oldies But Goodies." They have a top notch programmer working on this.
As for ratings, KSWD is NUMBER ONE in Seward.

5. What are the hard costs in Seward? Currently about $1500 per month.

6. What is the revenue in Seward. Historically about $15K per month.
They feel they can improve on that dramatically.

7. TONS more revenue ops in L..A. -v- Seward is a bad guess. The fact is because of its special characteristics KSWD can and will draw major national advertisers on par with L.A. albeit at lower ad rates typically.
