Richard: Our current Board consists of:
Robert Dardi, Senior Corporate Counsel with a major telecommunications company;
Earl Hotrum, Director of Marketing with a major Canadian electrical utility;
David Valpy, a business executive specializing in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and myself.
It is my intention to recruit directors with specialized knowledge and expertise in the markets that we are serving, i.e. oil & gas, water and electricity. The purpose is to provide a high level direction to allow the company to not only avoid problems in the markets we serve, but to assist in recognizing opportunities where they exist. I am grateful for the assistance of our previous directors to date, and feel this new direction will prove valuable in assisting us achieve our continued growth.
I am currently talking to someone in the oil & gas business that could provide strong representation in that area. Please don't speculate. Chris' article provided some insight into this process, although it was totally his own conjecture and had no input from me.
By the way, we will be participating at the small caps technology exhibition in Vancouver, June 14 and 15. I understand that Chris will be a featured speaker there.
