Lawrence,

Just re-read your posts to me. To be quite honest, they are
excellent. As I'm sure you know by now, I am a TA novice and
only passed your TA on re: TNRG (which was a few days old)
as I had word they may be close to a Navy Contract which might
propel them into the $2-3 range.

When I first began on S.I., I was following Doug R and his gang,
Instock, Sergio, etc. "Stock of the Week." I ended up losing
thousands on picks like: TRIBY, VVID, SEEQ, TCEL, CHAT, etc.
It seemed the moment they recommended a stock, it went down.
That was a sobering experience and made me realize not to follow
so called "Guru's" stock selection. I'm sure they are all very
smart, but a monkey could have picked better stocks for me.
Decided there is a wealth of good knowledge, but you must find
out who REALLY has it, and incorporate it into your style of
trading. I'm only NOW realizing it is idiotic not to have TA knowledge and have just bought some books to get a better understanding. "TA Explained" by Pring and "Trading for a
Living" by Dr. Elder are two I will be starting on soon.

One stock I have DD'd is SNRS. They will be coming out
(shortly) with the first non-invasive procedure for hyperopia
(far-sightedness) using a Non-Invasive Yag.Holmium Laser,
charging $1000 per eye with $100 Royalty paid to co., potential 2 Bil. market. If you go to SNRS thread post #760 there is a great compilation of DD. I first bought at $3, now $8, I'm thinking $35 in 12-18 mo. For pennies I just bought ICVI, looking at EDII for Monday. Yes, by exchanging ideas with good people (or following the best to see their picks) and doing your own DD, there is a better chance than not of picking winners. I invite continued communication with you, love to hear your picks or thoughts (not TA yet, soon hopefully), perhaps we can make a few bucks helping each other. Sorry for the delay getting back to you...

Regards,
Skane
