Ga Bard, I never raised the question as to when MIDLP had to be or not to be in my account? I was and am, fully aware that 5/29 @ 3:59pm was the last chance to qualify for any dividends or the resently released news on the 3-2 split with MIDLP. Perhaps you were answering someone elses question? By the way the any shares of P will not "automatically" convert into common on 10/1/98 according to company spokes person. I was informed that the individual share holder has the right to convert as many or as few as they wish. This was discovered, as I was told,in the company's bylaws.
