ATXI - deal. One thing that I have not figured out about the
ATXI reversve merger, Ira said that he could not release the name
of the company, yet he released the number of outstanding shares of
ATXI. You called it immediately.

The only reason I can think of is that IRA(famh) or his agents, bought the 50,000 of ATXI bought it beforehand.

Do you have a better explaination??

The real question for shareholders, is what does the share price do
in the future?
