Thanks for responding to the points I discussed in a previous post. So, are you saying that FAMH is insolvent, has no earnings and has no assets? Are you saying that FAMH is a total scam that is simply out to bilk investors out of their hard earned money? It's only a matter of time before they will be discovered and Arif will, by then, be living somewhere in South America? EXACTLY WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY??? SPIT IT OUT, IT WILL BE LIBERATING AND YOU WILL FEEL BETTER! Why would the IRS allow FAMH to acquire Myriad if they had no assets, no earnings and no way to pay the remaining $3.5 million? Do you have a "feel" for what FAMH's earnings per share will be in 1998? $0.05 per share would be fine with me considering the ~20 multiple for this industry (see Jin Chun analysis a few days ago).
