exchange2000.com According to the last 10-k, the preferred 'automatically' convert Oct 1998. Will check the original SEC filing for the MIDLP. Maybe there are clauses for a MIDLP holder to request (in writing) that their shares don't automatically convert. Assuming that is possible, wouldn't having the 'automatic' conversion be kind of backwards?? (ie. State that Oct 1998 is the earliest that the MIDLP may be converted) Kurt
