PATENTS

AENG has all along stated that it is the licensee, not owner, of the patents and that the inventor was given the majority ownership of the AENG stock in exchange for the license.

Also of interest, in a discussion I had with Travis earlier this week, he stated that the territory of the license is currently the NAFTA countries and the field of use (a term he wasn't familiar with) is for all types of engine applications.

Even if the engine is what AENG thinks it is, the following things bother me about this company:

1) If the inventor is the major shareholder, why doesn't he have a position on the board to represent his interest, hell, why doesn't he have several positions on the board to represent his interest?

2) With only two board members, the shareholders are open to all types of mischevious undertakings.

This just flat out is not a very savy group of guys. ALL VC's will tell you the same thing, "Bet on the jockey, not the horse". Wish I had listened to that advise. I think we have a 300 pound jockey!
