Thank you. Yours was the type of response that I was hoping to get. I see accusations of "insider trading" thrown out so often on these boards, and yet nobody has ever stopped to analyze just exactly WHAT insider trading is. I had done research as to what it was, but I don't have the credentials to back up anything that I say, whereas I see that you will receive your JD degree in Dec, 1998, so your credentials are somewhat better than mine. Right now, I mostly look upon accusations of "insider trading" here on the Internet as a fear tactic. And people ARE afraid of it, because of the publicity and arrests that true insider traders have received. But your example of what that plane conversation really is was soooo good!! And IMO, your analysis was correct. Anyway, thanks very much for your thoughts on this matter. It would be nice if we had one of those SEC enforcers give us a talk as to what THEY consider to be insider trading too. Thanks again! Juanita
