GOOD AFTERNOON EVERYONE! I have been reading todays posts over the last hour or so and appreciate all the opinions/advise given. Thank you Legal beast, Patricia, Juanita, bullmarket and others! In regards to insider trading - any information shared here on this thread, publicly, by any "random" person would NOT be considered insider trading! Because anyone can pretend to be ANYONE (an insider). We - the general public have no way of knowing if the info is "true". However, if someone benefits by buying an exhorbiant amount of shares (larger than his/her usual investment habit) and the SEC finds that this person has been in touch with an insider (via personal phone calls or contact by proximity) they could conceivably have a case. ANYTHING RELAYED OVER THIS PUBLIC THREAD UNLESS POSTED BY AN ADMITTED INSIDER IS SHEER SPECULATION!!!! more... Rico
