No no no ... but if I read something and it looks like it may possibly be interpreted I just try to clarify. That is all. This so has so many people thinking and stating the SEC rules and never even psoting the back up. The internet interprtation is all I am doing.

Well I do not understand what you are saying. What is in your account this very minute is what what the split will be issued to. Then then starting Monday morning till the conversion date (Oct 1998) if you buy MIDLP and you are buying 35 shares of common.

B. I am the one doing the pumping of this friend/broker of mine for information that maybe useful to the thread.

I can see that in your posts. I do not trust brokers as far as I can toss them. I rarely believe the company so I have to rely on the SEC filings and knowledge I acquire in my study of this industry and try never to just believe what is misinformation on the internet.

CEO are infamous for stating wants and desires and the internet not understanding that is all they are. Also brokers I have talked to I just shake my head at and go on doing my DD. I have lost more money to brokers and their knowledge .. I rely on mine now.

We are on the same track but I have done hours and hours of DD, verification, classification etc. Just want the actual truth not some educated opinion.
