Speaking of liquidity, here's an interesting chart. Not much liquidity left in mutual funds, it appears. But this chart is percentages. Not total cash figures.
Albert Edwards stated, "I don't feel that bearish within myself, it's just that this froth has built up. And given the liquidity, it's not reassuring that the mutual-fund cash is now down to 4.2%, the lowest since '72."
I posted the second chart because Albert stated, "Well, we're coming up to the second quarter reporting round. Even if it turns out to be another zero, the market could just shrug it off, like the first quarter. But I think profits are going to be so poor that ultimately this will catch up with the market.
