You know if it is put that way, I should change my last edit to be. Kurt quietly counting his MIDL using simple addition (MIDLW + MIDL), and holding tightly his MIDLP in the other hand. The terms of the MIDLP can be changed if the approval of the holders of two-thirds of the outstanding shares of MIDLP agree, so we've got the power. Kurt
