Kurt look at this way. The original resistraion statement states the Series "A" will atuomatically convert in Oct 1998 now according to what I know the company can not just change that. It takes a shareholder vote. I have listed the reason why the common shares holders and the P shareholders should not want it to convert. The shorters will have a hay day on it. Also the P will have to split more because of its tiny float 240K. I hope everyone sees this logic ... I do not think anyone would want a dilution of 8.4M to hit the common float at anytime. I am just trying to figure out who is this company representative is. Wonder if it is M ... We all know he has an axe to grind with this stock. GB
