I still "lurk" here, even though have nothing significant to contribute. Please say "Hi" to Linda, as well.

Am in another penny stock (NPEC) and, despite whatever great news comes about, nothing moves it (except downward!) MMs are in it, but something else "stinks" as we sort of felt before SEXI crashed.

Re SEXI: What originally alerted my SEXI antennas was the SEXI thread statement that Huttoe was CEO or dir, etc., of another co(s). Yet, WE were all being told that he was giving his "ALL" to SEXI.

BOTTOM LINE QUESTION: What would you and Linda advise would be the most significant factors to check out if we wanted to avoid another hellacious scam? (other than checking financials)

As you know, I have always admired your and Linda's efforts and willingness to share. Although I hesitated to ask you the above question, I really don't know where else to find out the answer. (Please remember that this is all new to me and I would like to avoid ANOTHER "initiation by fire")

ANY OPINIONS WOULD BE MOST GRATEFULLY APPRECIATED.
