Greg, I am ignorant in this area but it seems to me that the satellites will surely be affected. When they go down so will
international communications (TV, Internet, phones, faxes, etc.).

Someone correct me if I am wrong.

It would seem to me that the switches would facilitate domestic,
line communications only...but that is a guess!
