Regarding who's product SEXI is using?? In my opinion, it doesn't really matter until one of the two companies make money. In other words, if two companies are worthless, who wants to spend the money to sue, the other guy isn't making anything on it?? Now, did the lawsuit appear when SEXI was running wild?? If there is an infringement on the product, USUALLY(my understanding), the court will halt future sales(if proven) and force the guilty party to pay restitution(50%? of gross or net profit?). I'm not concerned about who's product it is right now, that is number TWO on my list. GETTING out of this hole and making sales is more important. Again, I would rather sell at $.75 than $.25 and court battles TAKE A LOT OF TIME!!!! Thanks for all your work brian! Aloha
