I'm not concerned with the exact numbers involved - just that the ORBC IPO is of direct benefit to ORBI, both in the removal of a non-profitable division from the balance sheet AND another one-time infusion of capital, for use in executing some of those "backlog" projects.

I'm sure both ORBI & ORBC will be terrific holdings in the next century, but for now I'd like to see ORBI's share price wake up. It's had a lengthy run, followed by a nice nap - time get get up & go to work again!
