Again, BOST officials have reiterated they have no plans of filing for bankruptcy from Denver Post denverpost.com Bankruptcy isn't an option, Boston Chicken officials said. "The company has absolutely no plans to file for bankruptcy protection,'' said Karen Rugen, Boston Chicken senior vice president for communications. She said the company isn't closing any stores. "Mike Jenkins, the new CEO, has said repeatedly he has no plans to file a bankruptcy plan for this company,'' Rugen said Friday. "He was hired because he has a history of turning around companies.'
