Stock Offering.... The proxy is the source of the stock offering rumors. At the stockholders meeting the vote will be taken to increase the number of shares. These share will be held until the BOD decides to issue them. Last I heard was 3 weeks ago in the Conf Call where mgmt said that they are not issuing shares until the price "was north of $30". So there is not any impending stock offering. As far as a buyback, I suspect the present debt load would not allow a buyback. When I talked to IR a week ago I was told there are no plans for buyback as far as she knew.
