Kaiser, I think if Atna takes legal action against Boliden it is well justified. Atna has the opportunity to gain 100% control of the Wolverine project and to have Boliden disregard negotiations between themselves and Atna and to sell their 60% interest to another company is deceitful. Boliden probably questions why Atna is seeking to acquire the remaining interest in the Wolverine and is probably worried that Atna has found a solution to the metallurgical concerns so Boliden sells their interest to a company that they already partly control so as not to lose the Wolverine project completely. Somebody must have found a solution? Who knows, maybe Boliden found a solution through their metal leach technology but are too consumed with other parts of the globe to advance the Wolverine to production?
