Brian, a hearty "Thanks" for your efforts here! And to William Kidston as well. I must say that I come away from this somewhat reassured that there are at least *SOME* checks and balances in place with the system that actually work.
To everyone....it is far easier to offer "hard evidence" and "dissenting views" when the damage has already been done. Several times over the past 3 to 6 months I tried to pose questions about the propriety of certain issues in the hope that those "in the know" would rise to the occaison and willingly share FACTS about this company's dealings. I did this because *I* wanted to be more confident that the company was legitimate, not to be negative or cause trouble. Sadly, there was little info forthcoming from individuals who *claim* to be in possession of "inside information".
I would further suggest that several of the "regulars" here should have received large share endowments for their contribution to the oiling of Huttoe's "hype network", their efforts unwittingly did more for the cause of promoting this scam than probably SGA's....since anyone with a lick of sense would have taken heed of SGA's "disclaimer", and Shannon Terry's up front admission that they were indeed trading SOE.

For my part, I accept 100% responsibility for "selling out" my ideals in the interest of what looked like a possible fast buck. I stated my objectives openly from the start, and it was not based on any of the bullshit posted here as "contract information". I did so solely on the historical pattern of the trading, and the assumption that *SOME* of the rumors were bound to be true.
The lesson learned here is never understimate the stupidity and greed of human beings. Prisons are full of people who were "too smart" to get caught. Hopefully someday soon those ranks will include the names of Huttoe, Melcher, Terry, Iocavelli. Clearly I underestimated the ferocity of this conspiracy....these people are thieves, who understood the "con", and were willing perpetrators.
And yes, I was "duped" to some extent. I, like others, was impressed by the "tone" of several phone conversations, with the "sincerity" of certain individuals. Well folks, again I am reminded that thieves act without conscience, and that unless you can look someone in the eye, are trained in subtle nuances of body language, etc. lies are damned hard to spot when spoken by accomplished liars. I feel worst for the families of these individuals who will suffer from the poor judgement and dishonesty...to say that one's father or husband is in prison would doubtless be a painful statement.
