Check the SI logs, use the search engine, put in 'Hashimi SEC' , it will come up. And no Ron, I don't see RMIL in as "ugly" a position as GRNO. RMIL has a future. The 10K is being audited, there is a new deal Morgan is finalizing and the float is in Name form and Morgan states trading will resume in approx. 60 days ( another source informed me he was told 60-90 days). Oh! and the creditor extended time to RMCW and they may very well close on financing themselves shortly! GRNO will not be on the OTC BB in 60-90 days with the float in Name form. Pugs
