I might add that it is of some consolation to see that Thornwaithe, Hinton, and ADGI are not named anywhere as defendents in the various articles of litigation....*maybe* they are not involved in the deception, and ADGI will materially benefit from the DNA analyser, etc. Whatever resources available to SOE to secure future contracts of any sort, appear limited, and will probably be tied up in future claims against the company.

This is only my opinion, and I welcome evidence to the contrary!
