Brian, really appreciate your efforts. To all, I noticed 2 omissions from the 8-K.

First, no mention that Walthers signature was forged along the way. If this is true why is he not a defendant also?

Second, did not see OTC mentioned. Are they off the hook?

Let me know if I missed references to forgery and OTC in the lengthy 8-K.

My overall analysis is that this company will be no more within 6 months or if it lives it will take a least a year before we see $1.00 again.
