Re: "I just tuned into Brinker's radio program for the first time, and the ads are driving me crazy." Please be advised that the ads are often put on by the local station, not the network. Bob has no influence or control over these local advertisements. Some of the ads, in my opinion, are simply "sharks" separating unsuspecting people from their hard earned cash. Re: "Also he mostly seems to talk about mutual funds. Is this typical?" He talks about mutual funds, the economy, and the market in general. He also answers personal financial question (e.g., mortgages, rent vs. buy, etc.) He believes that 80 to 100% of equity investments should be through low cost mutual funds. Re: "I'd really like to hear some opinions about both the newsletter & the radio program." If possible, I listen to both radio shows in their entirety every week.
