Eric,

Thanks for your response. I'm in ISDI for the long haul, too (average
price is just under $8.00). I saw the news about the fastest-growing
companies--in fact, there were four news items last week that I found
on Yahoo. Until last week, the only news on ISDI has been earnings-
related. Maybe ISDI is trying to increase its visibility.

I checked First Call earnings estimates on ISDI as of Nov. 11. Not too
encouraging: two analysts projecting this quarter's earnings of -20
and -30 cents. One analyst projecting next quarter at -26 cents. This
year's mean EPS is -55 cents and next year is -46 cents. (FY ends
Dec. 31st). These estimates were all positive until ISDI's earnings
preannouncement about two months ago. Apparently the analysts don't
see revenues, and thus earnings, rebounding in the next year.

The key to ISDI's future, IMO, is to expand their markets for voice
recording/playback (and one of the news bits last week concerned ISDI's
expansion into Eastern Europe), and new applications of their
technology into other areas beyond voice recording/playback. If they
can do these two things, I think ISDI will be a winner in the long term.

Ron
