Dear Mr. Hashimi,

Here is some additional information concerning the situation
concerning Rocky Mountain International. 1.) The SEC can impose only one 10 day trading suspension, 2.) After the suspension brokers can trade the stock only if they have current required information about the company and 3.) It is up to the company to provide the required information.

I hope that this additional information has been of some assistance to you. If you have any further questions, please contact me at BaltonJ@sec.gov.

Sincerely,

Joel Balton

Pugs,

Why do you always count hearsay and circumstantial evidence at fact??

All that is stated in that letter is that 1.) the SEC can only halt a stock for a 10 day period which implements provisions of 15c2-11.

There is nothing in that letter that states the SEC has "cleared" anyone of wrongdoing.

Besides, the company is a separate entity and thus very difficult to "investigate". What was being investigated were the actions of management and that letter says nothing about whether or not RMIL management continues to be under SEC scrutiny.

And since GRNO is at least issuing press releases and attempting to act like a recuperating corporation, 12 months since their trading halt, I suggest that RMIL shareholders may have a little more time to wait than you suggest.

At the very least most people would have to admit that having RMIL put these statements in writing would be a refreshing change from the RUMINT their sock puppets are spewing.

Are you being paid to act as RMIL Investor Relations?... :0)

Regards,

Ron
