"DACQ's attorney, whose identity appears to be not mentioned here," is mentioned prominently in the investor's kit. If you're in this stock, and you haven't read it, it might be a good idea.
I am going to call Nathan Drage again tomorrow afternoon on the SAC's behalf, when he returns from a business trip, and will post any news.
As for this thread being the "Book of Revelation," would that any public forum could be. In the meantime, however, we might all keep in mind that the market, unlike the Lord, does not forgive those who know not what they do.
