I was wondering why they said they did not feel they had to show Banshee at the show.

1) Could their be negative impact by showing it?
2) Do they have a deal that they are not ready to disclose which would not make them desperate to show it?

What I have noticed from TDFX is that they either have a great deal of confidence that they will overcome the price disintegration with the next announcements or they could don't care if the stock goes to $5. I would hope they want continued success. IBD shows as of June 1 edition that 18% of management owns the company which is fairly large.

Would you agree?

In addition, I have noticed that the more they are silent and to themselves (i.e. Earnings, Banshee) the more I believe they have something good up their sleeve which they feel will more than offset the price decline. When everyone was concerned about the earnings releases not coming in as good they kept quiet and blew everyone away.

If Riva is such a threat I would think that TDFX would have already addressed the issues publicly to offset the PR. If Microsoft and Intel are threats I would think that TDFX's management is sharp enough to recognize what they need to do to work within everyone's best interest. Microsoft and Intel can swallow TDFX so why would TDFX tick them off?

I do believe a loyal stockholders that we need some questions answered from either IR or the CFO as to what they are doing to bring the stock price back up. (i.e. Do they have a plan in place to achieve more institutional support to get more stable price movements.)

Any comments greatly would be appreciated.
