Only you know what is best for you. But, these "guys" count on most of the investors giving up. They know that legal actions are expensive and frustrating and most everyone just wants to get on with their life. It probably works a lot for these manipulators, but, I believe that there are times when a group with the will to work together can make a difference and can prevent illegal and unscrupulous actions against the company and its shareholders. I believe this could be one of those times. I do not want to lose the opportunity to prevent them from fleecing cvia and us. I am sending my check tomorrow. But, again, participating may not fit your world at this time. Do what you feel is right for you. gerry
