Dale- My guess is that this was one mutual fund selling to one mm in blocks as they were allocated to the fund or funds within the family of funds. My guess is that Merrill Lynch was the buyer as he was a very large seller at 5 1/8. Coinsidently, 5 1/8 was a technical upside breakout of the 20 day ema. This should create some technical buying for the next few days. Lets see what happens.
