What strikes me the most is that this a junior mining co. that actually has the structure, properties and management of an intermediate. I've looked very closely into this one and I can tell you that what is available for information at this stage is just the begginning. Why would a major such as Cyprus/Amax take such a keen interest in this company? Look closely at where the management comes from! Why did the management go to Toronto for one week doing presentations at brokerages and end up spending two weeks there? There is obviously very strong reasons behind all of this. Again, take a very close look at the property. This property has been around for quite some time as being held by a major with some very heavy work programs already having been completed on it. There's something very incredible brewing here and even though the mining sector has been in a slump since Bre-X, I beleive it's very safe to say that this deal is going to be an integral part of a mining sector turn around. I think for anybody who likes to play mining stocks, is looking for a short, medium or long term, this is the play. It just simply has all the right ingredients.
