Joe, think about this:

IPM is almost dead. They are on life support but without a donated heart in a couple of weeks, it will be funeral time.

MGAU is going great, (if you don't look at the stock price) they have just agreed to option some land that was claimed by SI threaders in the last year. IPM put million into Black Rock. Why would MGAU rather look at land with no drilling or assays than help their sister with Black Rock? Also do you know how many cinder cones, volcanoes, ash flows etc there are in eastern AZ?

Joe you are not an idiot, I think there are other terms to describe your involvement in some of these companies.
