With splits, it doesn't matter when you get in. That phrase "shareholders of record on June 1" is legalese, but meaningless. If you buy MEDQ before June 16, you will have twice as many shares at half the price on the 16th. I haven't followed their acquisition of DGDT so I don't know the terms. Is it cash or stock?
