Reply to all your questions. I would like to suggest you call Phoenix directly, 818-563-3900, ask for Ron Irwin and report back here the answers you received. I am not a principal of the company or work for Phoenix Media. I have known Ron Irwin for many years, used his services for advertising in the past, very successfully, and thought I could help him gain more interest in his public company via methods like SI which I enjoy. I could find out all the answers you asked but then it would be me dominating this thread, you would probably get more thorough responses by asking your questions directly.
