Gary - I'm still reading the posts on this issue of P conversion, but if DF-144 is for real it really doesn't seem to me that a float of 20m commons would be a big deal. Sure it would be better to keep the common float to 11-12mil, but the effects of the dilution would be quite temporary it seems to me. Please correct this impression if I'm off base here. DB
