Does the L2 MarketMaker window get "stuck" for anyone else? It seems that too frequently I'll have a couple of market makers that are stuck at the top of the window. For example I'll have: MLCO 78 GSCO 80 NITE 78 MASH 80 PURE 79 INCA 81 ISLD 79 TNTO 82 and in the quick quote section, the market will be 79 x 80 and MLCO and NITE will just stay there with trades going off at 79 and 80. I also encounter what looks like locked or crossed markets because of this problem, but by watching the trades, you can kinda figure out who's really on the bid or offer. I asked the tech support guys and the best thing they can do is have me shut down the system and bring it back up again. Has this happened to anyone else and how do you fix it?
