Leibo, I looked at the latest V/L last Friday and they are not optimistic at all toward SMSC. I am sure their 3 year projection has come down, although I can't recall the exact number. Those numbers are eternally pie-in-the-sky, anyway. The good news, as I have posted before, is that V/L loved SMSC in the 30's in 1994 before it collapsed. It was the "featured" stock of the week virtually at the top. If they have an axe to grind over their embarrassment, it would be understandable. I am more inclined to use them as a contrary opinion. Very short term there is some resistance at 12, with more important resistance at 15. Dwight
