it's ok that one group DOESN't want to convert. Others like ME ULTIMATELY might want to, even if I'm not occupied with converting THIS October. Yes it can be traded on it's own with a 50% discount over the COMMON. You like that ? I don't. I want a way to realize the discount - that's what I paid for when I bought them..
