Kurt, I agree with Your opinion regarding the bigger picture. My only goal is to defeat the notion of postponing the conversion clause forever. I think it's a nutty iudea ultimately and we would shoot ourselves in the foot if we are getting ourselves rid of that possibility ultimately. You are right let's first have the warrants converted and also the "B" preferred shareholders if possible, let's first try to get to NASDAQ. But don't rule out a converision at all - that's the source MIDLP derives its valuation from. I want my investment to THRIVE not to hit the ground. Without the conversion option at any time in the future the value of MIDLP would be SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED. regards CROSSY
