Santa, You know who's been naughty and who's been nice.
The Books, need to be Audited not once, but twice.
Also, Santa take especially good care of all the good guys
Dan, Wes, Addi, and all the rest who really do try
Then Santa, There's Joe's,Jayne, Mario, and all the rest
Some are real, Some are not, All say, that their the Best
Santa, Tree limb and keen switches are not for this kind
You will have to be careful, They'll play with your mind
To hollar, beg, plead, ask nice, It's your choice
None of which will matter, except maybe SEC's voice
Stocks will go up, Stocks will come down, this we all know
Our problem all along has been the WINDS and how they blow
