The tentative motion would be to have the pref A voted
on every consecutive year as to whether to convert or
not, also this would continue to give you voting rights.
Every year the motion to convert can be defeated, MM less
likely to short not knowing if they have to hold or not .
Look forward to more forward splits, continuous share
apprec. because of demand. Very simple logic. No sense
giving upany more than you have to. even in the short term.
