Once CONSTRUCTION is completed and PRODUCTION begins will be the switch that sends MIDl through the roof. Until that happens (IMHO) the P shares will be the foundation that the whole rests on.So, it would be advisable up until that point to hold off any conversion and re-evaluate the P shares then. By that time there would (hopefully)have been several positive direction splits and the entire issue may be moot. There is also the possibility to vote into effect a percentage conversion of P shares over several years. This could allow those that want to gain access to "some" profits to do so and still not place an abundance of common into the market for the MM 's to begin their tricks. Just a thought I could be VERY WRONG... TJG
