Jeff, I feel obligated to report that on Friday, May 21st, 1998 on the day of the Alydaar's shareholder meeting, Alydaar appears to have filed suit against Ingram Micro, one of their Year 2000 clients for failure to pay. The Charlotte Observer apparently confirmed the suit with Gruder this past Friday, Gruder stated that the suit was filed in Mecklenburg County, but as of the 28th, there was no record in Mecklenburg County files of any suit, I checked myself. I don't know where the suit was filed, but from my sources, there definitely is a lawsuit. Can anybody confirm this suit? Where is it located? The only reason I can think of for a Year 2000 client not to pay, is that there would a question of whether Alydaar did the work and it worked. I fear this is very serious. Please post some feedback.
