Jin, what the company does or does not do from here on out does not
erase the fact the fraud has occurred here. During that time when
we were being led down the primrose path I was told that Ira was dumping
shares of stock, and we all know that Arif was dilluting us out of
our investment.

I have been told that Arif is strongly resisting any suggestions that
he cancel some of his stock... hey, unless the company works to right
the wrongs that have occurred I will not allow them to move forward
without yelling up a storm to the SEC. I feel I have been more than
patient in giving them a chance to come clean but I don't see it yet.
They can't just sweep everything under the rug like it never happened
and expect to move forward with a clean slate... I can do that in my
personal life and they can't either. Go rob a bank and then tell the
judge that although you committed a crime you're taking steps to be
an honest citizen and see if you avoid having to answer for what you
did...
